- 500 g larger shrimp (prepped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salad leaves
- 2 carrots
- 0.5 cucumber
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt

- 5 tbsp olive oil
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and dry the salad leaves.

Peel the carrots and cut into thin sticks. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin sticks as well.

Whisk lime juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil; stir in carrots and cucumber.

Sauté shrimp in a large pan over hot oil for about 1–2 minutes per side; season with salt and pepper.

For serving, arrange salad leaves on a plate, top with vegetables and shrimp, drizzle the dressing over, and garnish with dill sprigs as desired.
