  • 2 small pita breads (or similar white breads)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber (ca. 80 g)
  • celery stalk (1 stalk)
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • oregano
  • sour cream

Instructions

    Wash and finely chop the vegetables, peel and slice the shallot thinly. Cube the sheep cheese. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano to make a dressing; add the cheese and vegetables, mix well, and refrigerate.
