- 2 small pita breads (or similar white breads)
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber (ca. 80 g)
- celery stalk (1 stalk)
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 Shallot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- oregano
- sour cream
Instructions

Wash and finely chop the vegetables, peel and slice the shallot thinly. Cube the sheep cheese. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano to make a dressing; add the cheese and vegetables, mix well, and refrigerate.

Cut a pocket in each pita bread, spread a tablespoon of sour cream inside, fill with salad, and serve.
