Ingredients
- 2 black tomatoes (e.g., Black Prince)
- 2 yellow tomatoes (e.g., Golden Dust)
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes (red)
- 1 handful date tomato (yellow)
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 celery stalk
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Sea salt
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 6 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and pat dry. Halve the small tomatoes. Remove the stem from the larger tomatoes and slice into rounds. Arrange all decoratively on 1-2 plates.

Peel the onion, halve it, and cut into thin strips. Trim the spring onions and cut the green part diagonally into rings. Wash, trim, and slice or julienne the celery stalk thinly.

Sprinkle the onions and celery over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the cheese on top. Mix vinegar and oil, then drizzle over the salad just before serving.
