Ingredients
- 750 g mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, fennel)
- 200 g low‑fat quark
- 50 g sour cream
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- chives (½ bunch each)
- dill (½ bunch each)
Instructions

Clean, wash, and if necessary peel the vegetables. Blanch green beans and cauliflower in boiling water briefly before serving. Then cut into bite‑sized pieces, slices or strips.

Whisk low‑fat quark with sour cream, crème fraîche and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Wash, dry shake and chop the herbs, then stir them into the quark mixture.
