Spoonsparrow grilled meat patties taste great whether hot or cold, as a crunchy salad topping or simply as a snack in between!

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 20 g butter
- 1 stale roll
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 0.5 tsp marjoram
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 600 g mixed minced meat
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Peel the onion, finely chop it and sauté in hot butter until translucent.

Soak the stale roll in lukewarm water. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop the leaves.

Combine the chopped onion with parsley, squeezed roll, salt, pepper, marjoram, egg, mustard, and minced meat in a bowl; knead into a dough.

Shape eight patties, brush them with olive oil, and grill on a preheated grill, turning for 7–10 minutes until cooked through.

Serve the grilled patties hot or cold.
