Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh vegetables (as chosen and seasonal)
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g corn kernels (canned)
  • 1 pickled cucumber (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 2 radishes (cut into sticks)

Instructions

    Stir the ingredients for the dip, season, taste and sprinkle radishes on top.

    Clean vegetables and cut into pieces.
