Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh vegetables (as chosen and seasonal)
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 50 g corn kernels (canned)
- 1 pickled cucumber (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 2 radishes (cut into sticks)
Instructions

Stir the ingredients for the dip, season, taste and sprinkle radishes on top.
