Ingredients
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 bundle mixed fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, oregano, basil, tarragon)
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 g almond slivers
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Whisk cream cheese with cream until smooth. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop without large stems. Peel and finely mince shallot and garlic. Fold everything into the cheese mixture.

Toast almond slivers in a pan. Mix about two‑thirds of the toasted almonds into the cheese mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve the almond cheese cream on a plate and sprinkle the remaining toasted almonds on top.
