Vegetable Couscous with Chicken

Vegetable couscous with chicken from Spoonsparrow is always wonderfully good.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets (about 140 g each)
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g peas
  • 600 ml Poultry broth
  • 300 g instant couscous
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Peel and cube the carrots.

    Add the chicken, carrots and peas to the boiling broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add the couscous and let it absorb liquid for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
