Ingredients

  • 600 g firm potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g mixed vegetables
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp iodized salt
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil (for frying)
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them coarsely into a bowl using a food grater. Wash and cut the vegetables into large pieces, add to the potatoes. Stir in the eggs, season with iodized salt.

    Heat oil in a wide pan, pour in the mixture, and fry over medium heat for 15 minutes. Carefully flip and fry another 8 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil in the oven for 5 minutes until melted.
