Ingredients

  • 3 medium waxy potatoes
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 300 g pumpkin flesh
  • 2 beetroot pieces
  • 2 Parsnips
  • deep-frying oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes, pumpkin, beetroot and parsnips and shave them into thin slices. Rinse the potato slices briefly under cold water to remove excess starch.

    Pat the vegetable slices dry with a kitchen towel. Fry the slices in hot deep‑frying oil until golden yellow, then drain on paper towels and season with salt. Serve mixed in a bowl.
