Ingredients
- small pineapple pieces
- honeydew melon cubes
- 2 Nectarines
- 150 g red plums
- 1 firm banana
- 2 oranges
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt
- red chili peppers
- Lemon balm

Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks. Core, peel, and cut the honeydew melon into pieces as well. Rinse nectarines and plums, halve them and pit them. Slice nectarines into wedges. Peel the banana and slice it. Peel the oranges and segment them. Mix all fruit in a bowl.

Whisk together lemon juice, honey, and salt. Wash the chili pepper, remove seeds, and slice into very thin strips. Mix the chili into the dressing. Pour over the fruit and let sit for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
