Ingredients

  • 150 g Frozen Peas
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 stalks green asparagus
  • 80 g sugar snap peas
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • Salt
  • nutmeg powder
  • 60 g freshly grated Gruyère cheese

Instructions

    Let the peas thaw. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds. Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and trim 1 cm from the bottom. Slice lengthwise into thin strips and cut the slices into sections. Wash and clean the sugar snap peas. Peel and chop the garlic. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Heat the butter in a saucepan, let the garlic become translucent. Deglaze with cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and nutmeg and melt the cheese into the hot cream. Distribute the vegetables into four small baking dishes and pour the hot cream‑cheese mixture over them. Bake for about 30 minutes.
