Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes (starchy, boiling type)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • pink pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes, brush off any dirt if needed, and cook in plenty of water for 30-40 minutes until tender. Alternatively, use a pressure cooker to cook in 20 minutes.

    Divide the hot potatoes onto four plates, make shallow cuts lengthwise, peel the skin partially or completely, and season with salt. Spoon 1-2 tbsp sour cream into each cut and garnish with pink pepper, serve immediately.
