Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 100 g chunky peanut butter
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the shallot. Sauté in hot oil until translucent, then add the peanut butter and lightly toast while stirring. Deglaze with the broth.

    Let the vegan peanut sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes, adding more broth if needed, and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve chilled in small bowls.
