Ingredients
- 250 g whole milk
- 250 g yogurt
- 125 ml mineral water
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 1 packet cress
- 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely grate the garlic clove with a little salt using the back of a knife.

Cut the chives into small rosettes.

Trim the cress.

Combine chopped herbs, whole milk, yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice. Add mineral water and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
