Spoonsparrow presents with FRoSTA: Vegan pea puree with mint. Super simple and super healthy!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 pack FRoSTA Bio young peas
  • 1 starchy potato
  • 0.5 bunch mint
  • 0.5 lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Dice the potato into small cubes and simmer in salted water for 5 minutes. Then add the peas and simmer for another 5 minutes. Drain the cooking liquid, mix with the juice of half a lemon, set aside to cool.

    Blend the pea-potato mixture with 10–20 fresh mint leaves (to taste) in a blender, pulse until coarse, season with salt – ready!

  3. 3.

    Serve with FRoSTA fish sticks (delicious but not vegan!).
