The vegan energy balls from Spoonsparrow are the perfect on-the-go snack and provide you with the necessary power without refined sugar.
Ingredients
- 200 g dried dates
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 50 g soft rolled oats
- 75 g crushed flax seeds
- 25 g almond butter
- 4 tbsp coconut flakes (15 g each; or other toppings such as chopped pistachio nuts or nuts)
Instructions

Add dates, almonds, oats, flax seeds and almond butter to a high‑speed blender or food processor and blend until a coarse dough forms.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into 20 vegan energy balls and then coat them in coconut flakes (or other toppings).
