Fresh herb-infused oils crafted with care and creativity.
Ingredients
- 3 l olive oil (cold-pressed)
- 5 red chili peppers
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 stems sage
Instructions

Distribute the ingredients into bottles of desired size. For the chili oil, steep the peppers hot, pierce them several times with a fork and add them along with the peppercorns to the bottle.

For the lemon oil, slice half a lemon into rounds and place them in a bottle together with rosemary sprigs and peeled garlic cloves.

For the herb oil, fill a bottle with sage stems.

Refill all bottles with oil, seal tightly, store cool and dark for at least one week.
