Ingredients
- 50 g thyme
- 50 g dill
- 50 g chives
- 600 g butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck thyme leaves and dill tips, finely chop both, slice chives into rings.

Creamily beat the butter, divide into three equal portions, fold in one herb variety each, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Shape each herb butter into a roll (about 3-4 cm diameter), first wrap in plastic wrap then seal in aluminum foil. Tuck the ends together firmly like a candy, refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up. Slice and serve on fresh bread.
