Ingredients
- 4 Spring Onions
- 400 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)

Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Set aside some green rings for garnish. Remove skin from the fish and any remaining bones. Flake the fish meat and combine with the spring onions in a bowl. Mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Divide onto small bowls and serve garnished with the green onion rings.
