Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 500 g raspberries
- 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground vanilla
- 20 ml lemon liqueur
Instructions

Wash, trim and cut the strawberries into pieces. Rinse the raspberries and add them with the strawberries to a pot.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth or slightly chunky as desired. Stir in the sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and vanilla, then bring to a boil while stirring.

Simmer for about 4 minutes bubbling (gelatin test), stir in the liqueur, and pour into prepared jars. Seal tightly and let cool completely.
