Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- 250 g Quark (40% fat)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 100 g whipping cream
- 0.5 sachet saffron strands
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tomatoes (seeded and diced)

- 300 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest (organic lemon)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt

For the chives and lemon sauce, whisk the ingredients together and season. For the saffron sauce, mix saffron strands with 1 tbsp boiling water.

Whip cream until stiff. Mix cream cheese with saffron. Fold in cream and tomatoes. Season with chili, salt, and pepper. Serve with cooked or raw artichokes as desired.
