Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese (double cream level)
- 150 g grated Gouda
- 2 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 chili pepper
- semolina breadcrumbs (for coating)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and add the Gouda. Wash, halve, seed, and finely chop the chili.

Chop the tomatoes finely and combine them with the parsley and chili, then mix everything into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper and shape into small balls.

Coat the balls in breadcrumbs and freeze for 15 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain on paper towels and serve with chili dip.
