Vanilla Yogurt with Berries

Spoonsparrow vanilla yogurt with berries is always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 450 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries

Instructions

    Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and mix them into the yogurt.

    Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the yogurt mixture.

  3. 3.

    Wash the berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  4. 4.

    Divide half of the yogurt mixture among four dessert glasses, arrange the berries on top, and pour the remaining yogurt over the berries.
