Ingredients
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 550 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 50 ml aloe vera gel (peach flavored)
- Sugar to taste
- 2 peaches
- mint for garnish
- powdered sugar for dusting

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Mix the yogurt with vanilla syrup and peach-flavored aloe vera, sweeten with sugar if desired. Dissolve the gelatin in a small pot over low heat until almost liquid, mix with 3 tbsp yogurt, then stir thoroughly into the remaining yogurt. Pour into small coffee cups and refrigerate overnight to set.

Peach preparation: simmer peaches, cool quickly, peel, halve, remove pits, cut into wedges.

Before serving pour the flan onto dessert plates and garnish with peach wedges, mint, and powdered sugar.
