Ingredients

  • 0.5 l milk
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 1 vanilla bean (for garnish)

Instructions

    Slice the vanilla bean and heat it together with the scraped-out seeds in the milk, do not boil. Set aside for 10 minutes to steep.

    Remove the vanilla bean, let the milk briefly come to a boil, then blend it with honey and mango flesh in a blender. Cool, pour into glasses and serve chilled.
