Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • Liquid honey

    Peel the bananas and slice them. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and dice it.

    Blend the yogurt and orange juice in a blender until smooth, then sweeten with honey. Serve in glasses.
