Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 250 g yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Step 1: Wash the mango, halve the lemon, and prepare the remaining ingredients.

    Step 2 and 3: Peel the mango with a paring knife or sharp knife. Cut around the pit and dice the flesh.

    Step 4,5,6,7: Add the mango cubes and sugar to the blender. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the blender as well.

    Step 8: Blend the mango with sugar and lemon juice.

    Step 9: Add the yogurt.

    Step 10: Dilute with about 250 ml water to the desired consistency and blend until frothy.

    Step 11: Pour the mango lassi into two glasses and serve.
