Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Shallot
- 1 bunch chives
- 250 g quark (20%)
- 185 g tuna (without oil, 1 can)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 small sprig thyme
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g double cream cheese
- milk (for blending smooth)
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash the bell pepper, peel it and dice finely. Peel the shallot and chop very finely. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rings.

Place quark in a bowl, add the prepared ingredients and blend smoothly, adding a little milk if needed. Season with salt and pepper.

Break tuna pieces in a bowl with a fork until very fine. Rinse thyme, pat dry and pluck leaves from stems.

Mix lemon juice and cream cheese together, add tuna, capers and thyme and process into a thick paste. If necessary, make it smoother with some milk. Salt and generously season with pepper. Serve with fresh whole grain bread.
