Buns with Gyros, Salad and Tomato

Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 sesame buns
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions

Rinse the turkey meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the poultry, oil, lemon juice, oregano, and paprika powder; cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Halve the buns horizontally. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice small. Rinse the lettuce and let drain.

Cook the turkey strips in a hot non-stick pan slowly for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the lettuce leaves and tomato cubes on the bottom halves of the buns and drizzle sour cream over them.

Place the tops back on and serve.
