Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white bread (not too thin)
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 200 g cooked potatoes
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in hot clarified butter until golden brown, then place on paper towels.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half if needed. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings. Dice the potatoes.

    Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper; combine with tomatoes, onions, and potatoes, fold in bread cubes, and serve garnished with basil leaves.
