Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 yellow each)
- 0.5 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 wheat tortillas (ready-made, refrigerated shelf)
- 80 g shredded Gouda
Instructions

Wash, trim, halve, deseed, remove white membrane and slice bell peppers into strips. Clean, wash, dry, and shred iceberg lettuce into strips as well. Peel onion and garlic; mince finely. Wash, trim, deseed chili pepper and slice thinly.

Cut turkey meat into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and quickly sear the turkey cubes on all sides.

Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, and chili to the pan and sauté for about 8 minutes while turning occasionally. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

Warm wheat tortillas briefly on both sides in a large non‑stick skillet.

Spread the turkey‑vegetable mixture and iceberg lettuce onto the prepared tortilla sheets. Sprinkle shredded Gouda over the top and roll up the tortillas.
