Ingredients

  • 4 turkey cutlets (pre‑cooked, about 160 g)
  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 0.5 Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Wash the cutlets, pat dry, place each in a freezer bag and flatten with a rolling pin. Spread the cream cheese on the turkey slices and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and slice into strips. Wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, remove seeds, and cut into thin ribbons. Lay the sliced vegetables over the turkey, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.

    Heat oil in a grill pan and sear the rolls on all sides until golden brown. Reduce heat and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with a farmer’s salad and tzatziki if desired.
