Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Red Onion
- 150 g kidney beans (drained weight; canned)
- 1 Organic lemon
- 10 g coriander (0.5 bunch)
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 270 g small whole wheat flatbread rolls (8 small whole wheat flatbread rolls)

Wash rosemary sprigs and pat dry. Remove chicken from the marinate, drain, thread each piece onto a rosemary sprig, and grill over high heat turning for about 10 minutes; place flatbread rolls on the grill for 3–4 minutes. Arrange chicken skewers with flatbreads and salsa.
