- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g mushrooms
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp flour
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml dry white wine
- 1 bunch Basil

Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

Cut the turkey breast into strips. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat, onion, and garlic. Sprinkle with flour, then season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms.

Deglaze with milk and white wine, bring to a boil once.
