Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salad
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 large bundle Basil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper (from the mill)

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Peel the garlic. Dice the sheep cheese. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves, cutting smaller if desired.

    Drain the spaghetti and let it rest. Heat olive oil in a pot. Press the garlic into the oil. Add basil and sheep cheese, seasoning generously with coarsely ground pepper. Toss in the spaghetti and mix well. Serve immediately.
