Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Gomasio (sesame salt)
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel and boil potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.

    Season chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper, then sear each side in 1 tbsp hot butter for about 5 minutes.

    Wash broccoli, cut further if needed, and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes; drain, let dry, and sprinkle with Gomasio. Serve pan‑fried chicken breast with vegetables and boiled potatoes.
