Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 200 g red bell pepper (1 red bell pepper)
- 40 g onions (1 onion)
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 400 g ground turkey
- 2 tsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Low-fat quark
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
Instructions

Quarter the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and finely dice.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop with a large knife.

Mix the pepper, onion, garlic and parsley with the ground turkey, breadcrumbs and quark in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

With damp hands form 24 small balls from the mixture.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan. Brown the balls all around over medium heat for about 10 minutes, drain on kitchen paper and serve warm or cold.
