Ingredients
- 350 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 white onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
- 4 Tbsp lingonberry jam
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 ready-made burger buns

Cut the turkey breast into pieces and feed through a meat grinder with a fine setting. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the ground turkey with onions, salt, plenty of pepper, lemon zest, mustard, egg, and breadcrumbs to form a dough. Shape four patties, flatten them, and fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Meanwhile wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Toast the burger buns in a grill pan. Spread lettuce on the bottom bun halves, place one turkey burger on top of each, add a spoonful of lingonberry jam, then cover with the top bun. Serve immediately.
