Tuna Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., Lollo bionda)
  • 40 g walnut kernels
  • 40 g dried plums
  • 2 tart apples
  • 100 g Knollensellerie
  • 2 cans tuna at about 140 g net weight each (in own juice)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (from the grinder)
  • 4 tortilla sheets

Instructions

    Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, clean and cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts and finely chop the plums. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and dice the quarters. Peel the knollensellerie and grate finely. Drain the tuna well and flake it in a bowl with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, then mix all prepared ingredients together. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Warm the tortilla sheets briefly in a hot pan, remove them, spread some lettuce on each half, add the filling and roll up. Serve halved if desired.
