Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 10 eggs
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 150 g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped marjoram

Instructions

    Wash and trim the zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters and then into pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Whisk the eggs with the cream, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain the tuna in a sieve and crumble it.

    Sauté the zucchini with onion and garlic in a hot pan with oil for 2-3 minutes until colorless. Add the tuna and marjoram, then pour over the egg mixture. Cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes until browned and set. Carefully flip with a plate or lid and bake another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
