Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh tuna fillet (sushi grade)
  • 1 stalk young leek
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • light soy sauce
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

    Cut the tuna into very fine dice.

    Wash, clean and slice the white and light green parts of the leek into thin rings. Wash the chili, halve it, deseed it and cut into thin slices.

    Combine all ingredients and season with soy sauce.
