Ingredients

  • 50 g Serrano ham (sliced)
  • 50 g Chorizo (Spanish paprika sausage, sliced)
  • 1 tbsp pickled capers
  • 6 large shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 80 g olives (large, green, marinated with chili rings, in a bowl)

Instructions

    Arrange the sausage toppings decoratively on a plate.

    Wash and pat dry about 6 large shrimp. Peel the garlic and slice it. Fry the shrimp in hot oil for about 4 minutes, add the garlic and fry for another minute.
