Ingredients
- 50 g Serrano ham (sliced)
- 50 g Chorizo (Spanish paprika sausage, sliced)
- 1 tbsp pickled capers
- 6 large shrimp
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 80 g olives (large, green, marinated with chili rings, in a bowl)
Instructions

Arrange the sausage toppings decoratively on a plate.

Wash and pat dry about 6 large shrimp. Peel the garlic and slice it. Fry the shrimp in hot oil for about 4 minutes, add the garlic and fry for another minute.
