- 200 g steak
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 200 g celery stalks
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 50 ml hoisin sauce
- 4 taco shells

Preheat oven to 160 °C. Heat plant oil in a pan and sear the steak on high heat on both sides until browned. Remove from pan, season with salt and pepper, and finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Peel the carrot, wash the celery stalks and zucchini thoroughly. Cut everything into strips about 6 cm long and 5 mm wide. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and remove the seeds. Dice the tomato flesh into 5 mm cubes.

Wash and dry the lamb's lettuce. Place the vegetable strips in a bowl, marinate with hoisin sauce for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile slice the steak into thin strips. Fill the taco shells with all ingredients and serve.
