Ingredients

  • 555 g tuna (in oil, 3 cans)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 50 ml fish stock
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • grissini sticks

Instructions

    Drain the tuna, flake with a fork and blend with crème fraîche, sambal oelek, lime juice and fish stock. Transfer to a bowl.

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Chop the white part and slice the green into thin rings. Stir the chopped spring onions into the tuna cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice; taste and adjust. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve with grissini sticks.
