Ingredients

  • 500 g small new potatoes
  • Salz
  • 1 Handvoll dill
  • 2 Frühlingszwiebeln
  • 2 EL olive oil
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 EL coarse mustard
  • 150 g light cream
  • Pfeffer
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 TL butter
  • Muskat
  • 600 g tuna fillet (or swordfish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes.

  2. 2.

Wash the dill, pat it dry with paper towels and set a few leaves aside for garnish. Chop the rest. Clean the spring onions, wash them and cut into rings. Sauté briefly in 1 EL hot oil and deglaze with wine. Stir in mustard and light cream, mix the drained potatoes with dill, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3.

Clean, wash and chop the spinach leaves. Heat butter in a pot and wilt the spinach while stirring. Season with salt and nutmeg.

  4. 4.

For the fish skewers, wash the tuna, pat dry, and cube it. Thread the cubes onto 8 wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper and sear in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. 5.

Arrange the skewers on plates, spread spinach over them. Place potatoes with sauce beside the skewers, garnish with dill, and serve with coleslaw if desired.
