Ingredients
- 4 lemons
- 160 g tuna in oil (1 can)
- Rucola leaves
- 12 black pitted olives
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Wash lemons hot, pat dry, cut a lid off the long sides and flatten the bottom slightly. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, remove seeds and finely chop half of the flesh. Drain tuna well and roughly flake.

Cut olives small. Mix both with lemon flesh, stir in olive oil, salt, pepper. Add some cleaned rucola to the lemons and fill the lemon halves with the tuna salad.
