Ingredients
- 4 green bell pepper halves
- 1 Avocado
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 300 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 g sour cream
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 lettuce leaf

Wash the bell peppers, cut off a lid for each and remove seeds and white membranes. Peel, halve, pit and dice the avocado. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, seed and chop into pieces. Wash the spring onions, trim and slice thinly. Drain the tuna and flake it. Mix the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise and sour cream, season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Wash the lettuce, trim and cut into strips, mix in the salad. Fill the bell pepper halves with the mixture, optionally replace the lids and serve.
