- 400 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 200 g Swiss chard
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 150 g Feta
- 1 egg (separated)
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Let the puff pastry thaw. Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Wash, trim, and dry the Swiss chard. Cut the leaves with the pale stems into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic; sauté them in hot oil until translucent. Add the chard, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, drain excess liquid, and let cool slightly. Dice the feta and fold it into the mixture.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut strips (5x10 cm). Spread a small amount of filling lengthwise, leaving a border. Brush the edge with beaten egg white, lay the pastry over the filling, and roll up. Press the edges firmly and place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove, cool slightly, and serve plated.
