Ingredients
- 60 g raisins
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 60 g clarified butter
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Pour boiling water over the raisins and let them soak for 5 minutes, then drain and chop, and place in a bowl.

Break up the chocolate and mix it with powdered sugar in a bowl. Melt the clarified butter in a saucepan, allow it to cool slightly, then stir spoonfuls into the chocolate mixture. Once the mixture thickens, fold in the chopped raisins. Using two teaspoons, scoop portions of the dough and roll them into balls with cool hands. Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate.
